Water Algerian Ivy thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry to the touch. Ensure good drainage to prevent waterlogging, as this can lead to root rot.

Reduce watering frequency during the winter months when the plant's growth slows down.

Prune Algerian Ivy to maintain desired shape and size, and to control its vigorous growth. Trim back leggy stems and remove any dead or unwanted foliage.

Pruning can be done anytime, but is most effective in spring before new growth begins.

Propagate Algerian Ivy from stem cuttings. Take 10-15 cm cuttings from healthy stems in spring or summer. Remove lower leaves and dip the cut end in rooting hormone.

Plant in moist potting mix and keep in a warm, humid environment until roots form.
