Keep Bacopa crenata consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water thoroughly when the top centimeter of soil begins to feel dry. Avoid letting the soil completely dry out, as this can stress the plant.

Reduce watering slightly in cooler months but maintain consistent moisture.

Prune Bacopa crenata regularly to encourage bushier growth and more blooms. Pinch back the tips of stems, especially when the plant is young.

Deadhead spent flowers to prevent seed formation and direct energy back into flowering. Prune back leggy growth in late summer.

Bacopa crenata is easily propagated from stem cuttings. Take 5-10 cm cuttings from healthy stems in spring or summer. Remove lower leaves and insert the cut end into moist potting mix or water.
