Water consistently, allowing the top 2-3 cm of soil to dry out between waterings. In warmer months, increase frequency, and reduce in cooler periods to prevent waterlogging. Ensure good drainage to avoid root rot.

Prune lightly to maintain shape and remove any dead or crossing branches. Pinch back young shoots to encourage bushier growth. Best done in late spring or early summer after flowering.

Propagate from semi-hardwood cuttings taken in summer. Dip the cut end in rooting hormone and plant in a well-draining medium. Keep moist and warm until roots form.

Repot every 2-3 years, or when the plant becomes root-bound, preferably in spring. Use a well-draining potting mix. Choose a pot one size larger than the current one.
