Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot. Reduce watering frequency during cooler months, allowing the soil to dry out slightly more between waterings.

Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape and encourage bushier growth. Remove any dead, damaged, or crossing stems. Light pinching of young shoots can also promote denser foliage.

Heavy pruning is best done in early spring before new growth begins.

Propagate from stem cuttings taken in spring or summer. Select healthy, non-flowering shoots, cut them to about 10-15 cm long, and remove the lower leaves.

Dip the cut end in rooting hormone and insert into a well-draining potting mix. Keep moist and warm.

Repot young plants annually or bi-annually in spring. Mature plants can be repotted every 2-3 years or when root-bound. Use a well-draining potting mix and a pot only slightly larger than the previous one.
