Ceodes longirostris prefers consistently moist soil, but not waterlogged conditions. Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry to the touch.

Reduce watering frequency during the dormant winter months, allowing the soil to dry out slightly more between waterings to prevent root rot.

Prune Ceodes longirostris in late winter or early spring before new growth begins. Remove any dead, damaged, or crossing branches to maintain plant health and shape.

Light pruning can also encourage bushier growth and more abundant flowering.

Propagate Ceodes longirostris from stem cuttings taken in spring or early summer. Select healthy, non-flowering shoots, cut them to about 10-15 cm long, and remove lower leaves.
