Maintain consistently moist soil, especially during the growing season. Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry.

Reduce watering slightly in winter, allowing the soil to dry out a little more between waterings to prevent waterlogging.

Prune annually in late winter or early spring before new growth begins. Remove any dead, damaged, or crossing branches. Pinch back the tips of new shoots to encourage bushier growth and more abundant flowering.

Easily propagated from stem cuttings taken in spring or early summer. Select healthy, non-flowering stems, cut pieces about 10-15 cm long, and remove lower leaves.
