Water thoroughly when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot.

Reduce watering frequency during the cooler winter months, allowing the soil to dry out slightly more between waterings.

Prune to maintain desired shape and size, or to remove yellowing or damaged leaves. Use clean, sharp scissors or a knife. Pruning can encourage bushier growth. Cut back stems just above a leaf node.

Propagate by stem cuttings. Take 10-15 cm cuttings from healthy stems, ensuring each has at least one leaf node. Plant the cuttings in moist potting mix or water. Roots typically form within a few weeks.

Repot every 2-3 years or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot that is only slightly larger than the current one. Use a well-draining potting mix. Repotting is best done in spring.
