Water regularly, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry out slightly between waterings, especially during warmer months.

Reduce watering during the dormant winter period to prevent root rot. Ensure good drainage.

Prune to maintain desired shape and size, and to remove any dead, damaged, or crossing branches. Light pruning can be done after flowering. For shaping, prune in late winter or early spring before new growth begins.

Propagate from semi-hardwood cuttings taken in summer or autumn. Insert cuttings into a well-draining potting mix and keep them in a warm, humid environment with bright, indirect light.
