Water Lavandula pedunculata moderately when the top 2-3 cm of soil feel dry. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot. Ensure good drainage, especially in pots.

Reduce watering during winter dormancy to prevent waterlogged roots.

Prune after flowering to maintain shape and encourage bushiness. Remove spent flower stalks and cut back stems by about one-third to one-half to prevent woody growth. Avoid pruning into old wood, as it may not regrow.

Propagate from semi-hardwood cuttings taken in late summer or early autumn. Dip cuttings in rooting hormone and plant in a well-draining potting mix. Keep moist and in a warm, bright location until roots form.

Repot container-grown plants every 2-3 years in spring, or when root-bound. Use a well-draining potting mix, preferably sandy or gravelly.

Choose a pot that is only slightly larger than the current one to avoid excess moisture retention.
