Water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry, typically every 2-4 weeks during the growing season. Reduce watering significantly in winter, allowing the soil to remain dry for extended periods.

Overwatering is the most common cause of rot, so err on the side of underwatering.

Pruning is generally not required for Pachyphytum angustiflorum unless removing dead or damaged leaves or to control size. If propagation is desired, stems can be cut and used as cuttings.

Easily propagated from stem cuttings or individual leaves. Allow cuttings to callus over for a few days before planting in well-draining soil.
