Prune lightly to maintain desired shape and remove any dead or damaged branches. This can be done at any time of year but is best in late spring after flowering if applicable. Avoid heavy pruning.

Propagate from seeds sown in spring or semi-hardwood cuttings taken in summer. Seeds require warm, humid conditions to germinate. Cuttings need to be kept moist and warm.
