Glinus radiatus prefers consistently moist soil. Water thoroughly when the top centimeter of soil begins to dry. Avoid waterlogged conditions, which can lead to root rot.

Reduce watering slightly during cooler, dormant periods but never let the soil become completely dry.

Prune Glinus radiatus to maintain shape and encourage bushier growth. Pinch back the tips of stems regularly, especially in spring and early summer. Dead or leggy branches can be removed at any time.

Heavy pruning is best done after flowering if needed.

Propagation is easily achieved through stem cuttings. Take 4-6 inch cuttings in spring or summer. Remove lower leaves and dip the cut end in rooting hormone.

Plant in moist potting mix and keep in a warm, humid environment until roots form, usually in 3-4 weeks.
