Reduce watering significantly during cooler months and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Ensure good drainage to prevent waterlogging.

Prune to maintain shape or remove any dead or leggy growth. Cuttings from pruning can be used for propagation. Trim back stems that have become too long to encourage bushier growth.
