Pruning is generally not required for Dracaena pinguicula unless removing dead or damaged leaves. If a leaf yellows and dies, it can be gently twisted and pulled off at the base.

Propagation is typically done through offsets or divisions. Gently separate small plantlets that form at the base of the parent plant.

Allow the cut end to callous over for a few days before planting in well-draining soil. Water lightly after planting.
