Water regularly during the growing season, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Reduce watering significantly in winter, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings to mimic its dormant period and prevent bulb rot.

Remove spent flower stalks to encourage further blooming and prevent seed production. After flowering, you can also trim back any yellowing or damaged foliage.

Cut back the foliage completely in late autumn or early winter before the onset of cold weather.

Crinum bulbispermum can be propagated by dividing crowded clumps during their dormant season (late autumn or early spring). You can also try growing from seed, though this is a slower method and may take several years for the plant to mature and flower.

Repot established plants every 3-5 years or when they become overcrowded. Do this in late autumn or early spring before new growth begins.
