Water Korean Forsythia regularly, especially during its first year and dry spells. Aim for consistently moist soil, but avoid waterlogging. Water deeply at the base of the plant to encourage strong root development.

Reduce watering once established, allowing the top few centimeters of soil to dry out between waterings.

Prune Korean Forsythia immediately after flowering to maintain shape and encourage more blooms next year. Remove any dead, damaged, or crossing branches. Light pruning can be done throughout the year to control size.
