Reduce watering slightly during dormancy in cooler months, but do not let the soil dry out completely.

Pruning is generally not required for Noccaea brevistyla unless removing dead, damaged, or diseased foliage. If you wish to maintain a tidier appearance or control its spread, light trimming can be done after flowering to prevent excessive seed dispersal.

Noccaea brevistyla can be propagated by seed sown in autumn or early spring in a cold frame. Division of established clumps is also effective, best done in early spring just as new growth begins.
