Water regularly during the growing season, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Reduce watering in winter to prevent waterlogging. Ensure good drainage to avoid root rot, especially in containers.

Prune to maintain shape and remove dead or damaged branches. Light pruning can be done after flowering. For larger structural pruning, it's best to do it in late winter or early spring before new growth begins.

Propagate from semi-hardwood cuttings taken in summer. Root cuttings in a well-draining medium, keeping them consistently moist and in a warm location with bright, indirect light.

Seed propagation is also possible but may be slower.

Repot young plants annually or every two years in spring. Mature plants can be repotted less frequently. Use a well-draining potting mix.

Ensure the new pot is only slightly larger than the current one to avoid excess moisture retention.
