Water thoroughly when the top 5-10 cm of soil feels dry. Alachua Bully prefers consistent moisture but dislikes waterlogged conditions. Reduce watering during cooler months. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot.

Prune to shape the tree and remove dead, damaged, or crossing branches. Pruning is best done in late winter or early spring before new growth begins. Maintain a natural form, removing water sprouts and suckers as needed.

Propagate Alachua Bully from seeds sown in the spring or from semi-hardwood cuttings taken in summer. Seeds may require stratification.

Cuttings should be treated with rooting hormone and placed in a well-draining medium.

Repot young plants every 2-3 years, or when root-bound. Mature trees generally do not require frequent repotting. Use a well-draining potting mix. Choose a pot slightly larger than the current one. Repot in spring.
